Founded in 2003, VIASANT was established to provide decontamination and demolition services to heavy industry for active facilities as well as legacy sites throughout the country.  In 2008, our services were further expanded to include environmental site remediation with the addition of several highly experienced project management individuals.  From the beginning VIASANT’s culture was been client-centered, and our approach to safety and quality assurance was shaped by the belief that both were best attained through the self-performance of the services we delivered.  Over the last 11 years VIASANT’s growth has been organic, fostered solely by the hiring and retention of talented individuals.  As a result, nearly 100% of our field activities are performed by VIASANT associates.

Today, senior level VIASANT personnel average well over 20 years in their respective fields of expertise.  We employ a field management team that averages over five years with the Company.  Our associate-owned business model and the culture it fosters will enable us to continually strengthen our capabilities and position in the industry by attracting talented individuals.  The outcome of this business strategy and growth model is clear – with the successful completion of hundreds of projects, nearly 80% of our work comes from repeat satisfied customers.
