Training

VIASANT has established a very aggressive attitude towards behavior based safety and the importance of training in achieving a safe work environment.

Associates’ training, attitude, and behavior relate directly to the safe performance and overall success of all of our environmental work. VIASANT realizes it is our associates that are the vital link in meeting our high standards of customer satisfaction and the health and safety of our associates.

In establishing documented training guidelines, setting goals, publishing standards and procedures, VIASANT communicates specific safety details to all associates. Our guidelines are company and job specific which incorporates the knowledge, understanding, and behavior that are the key elements to safety and performance.

OSHA mandated programs are incorporated into our behavior-based training program with detailed emphasis on hazardous abatement such as heavy metals and hydrocarbons.
